How long are the Shipping times?

Customers in the United States have shipping times of 10-15 business days.

For international customers, we are usually able to ship anywhere in the world in 10-20 business days. 

Shipping Times are how long it takes to ship the item AFTER the order gets processed.  It typically is processed in 1-2 days. Due to COVID-19, it may take 5-7 business days to process your order. 

Do you offer product tracking?

Most of the time we offer product tracking, however in some cases it may be unavailable, if that's the case, contact us at  support@onyxwatch.co and we will keep you up to date on your order as best as we can!  

 

Please note that it may take up to 7 days before your tracking number becomes active.

 

How can I track my order?

Use the “Track your Order” page on our Website and paste in your tracking code.

When will you ship my order?

We generally can process orders within 24 hours of payment being processed and can take 1-3 days to ship. Please note that estimated shipping and arrival dates are subject to change according to the carrier’s availability. For multiple orders, shipment may come at different times and from different warehouses. Transit time is dependent on holiday schedule and excludes holidays and weekends. Generally, orders in the USA will arrive 3-5 days after shipping.

I submitted the wrong address!

Mistakes happen! Send us an email as soon as you can at support@onyxwatch.co  and we'll be happy to assist you ASAP! Please note, we usually ship our orders within 24 hours so it's possible that your order was already shipped, but we will do our best to help you out regardless!

My item arrived broken!

Whoops, sorry about that! Unfortunately shipping can get a little rough sometimes, but we'll fix it if you give us the chance! Send us an email at  support@Onyxwatch.co , tell us what you ordered and your order number and we'll be happy to help you out!

 

Why am I missing items?

Why Am I Missing Items? Depending on stock and warehouse location, we may need to ship your order separately, so sometimes products will arrive at separate times in separate packages, generally we'll give you the tracking numbers anyway though so you'll know!

 

My order never arrived!

Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. IF that doesn't work, send us at email at  support@onyxwatch.co , tell us what you ordered and your order numbers, and we'll help you out!

Is it safe to pay with my credit card?

We're aware that using a Credit Card online can be scary! However, our website is SSL encrypted and certified (As can be seen above) to give you safe and secure transactions, and all Credit Card payments are processed with our payment processor Shopify, the best in the business! We don't store any Credit Card information, and we will never share your personal information with anyone else, so you can rest assured, any purchase you make with us is as secure as it gets!

Product FAQ

Is the band changeable?

No. Unfortunately not, to keep our unique design, it is not possible to change the band. You don’t have to worry, the band is made out of quality silica, which can surpass the hardest challenges.

How do I charge the Watch?

In the box there is a wireless charger included, just plug it in and put your ONYXWATCH on it. 

How often do I have to recharge the Watch?

It depends on your usage; An average user can use the watch for 3-5 days via one charge.
